BJP demands Mahua Moitra’s arrest for remarks on Goddess Kali

Kolkata: After her comments on Goddess Kali, Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra was remarked upon by the BJP in Bengal, Mahua Moitra has been demanded to be detained.

While expressing the demand, BJP said that if Moitra’s case isn’t dealt with by police then they would be moved to court.

It may be mentioned that Mahua Moitra at a conclave recently said that she had every right as an individual to imagine “Goddess Kali as a meat-eating and alcohol-accepting goddess, as each person had his or her unique way of worshipping deities.”
