Assam: Air marshal DK Patnaik visits Air Force station Mohanbari

DIBRUGARH: Air Marshal DK Patnaik Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Eastern Air Command was on an inspection visit to  Air Force Station Mohanbari in upper Assam Dibrugarh on Wednesday.

 He was received by Group Captain Yadavendra Kumar, Station Commander, Air Force Station  Mohanbari.

The Guard of Honour was given to the Air Marshal upon his arrival. The Station’s operational, maintenance, and administrative readiness were explained to him.

 Additionally, he visited different sections and units of Station and had a conversation with staff. 

In his speech, he stressed to all the personnel that they must be familiar with operations as well as having confidence when operating planes and other systems.

The Air Marshal appreciated all the hard work of all Station personnel in fulfilling all tasks with a professional manner. He will be visiting nearby Air Force Station Dinjan and Vijaynagar Advance Landing Grounds.

He reviewed operational readiness and praised them for their good work at forward bases.
