Panchamukhi Hanuman Mandir, near Ghiladhari River was robbed

JAMUGURIHAT. A case of theft was committed at Panchamukhi Hanuman Mandir near the Ghiladhari River. The mandir was broken into by a group of thieves who locked the priest in a room, looting valuables and ornaments as well as golden idols. The priest who was taken prisoner informed several locals by telephone about the event. Abdul Ajid was captured by a group of locals who immediately reached the temple campus. All the thieves were dressed in saffron, with rudraksha garland on their faces and covered them with ashes. The Sootea police handed over the apprehended thief.
