Jadu Balpujari Memorial Lecture at Duma Duma

DOOMDOOMA: A commemorative lecture on literary, journalist and soccer player Jadu Barpujari was given at the Kallol Auditorium on Tuesday under the auspices of the Internal Quality Assessment Cell (IQAC) and the Assam Language Department at Doom Dooma College.

A prominent writer and intellectual Mayur Bora, who gives a commemorative lecture on the topic “Conflicts and Interesting Anecdotes in the Life of Celebrities,” gathers unknown and interesting facts about some of the prominent figures from great figures. I noticed that I was there. Vaishnavite Saints SriSriShankardeva, Tarun Ram Phukan, Chandra Nath Phukan, Mahatma Gandhi, Rabindra Nath Tagore, Jyotiprasad Agarwal, Bishnu Prasad Rabha, Dr Hiren Gohain Bora’s one and a half hour lecture was so engrossing that it was not only for students but also for the audience. People also listened to it enthusiastically. In his talk, he also talked about Jadu Balpujari’s life and achievements.

The program began with the lighting of ceremonial lamps by President Ramesh Goswami, who is governed by Dr. PJ Barthakur. The principal of the university turned on the lamp in front of the portrait of Jadu Barpujari. Associate Professor Dipak Ranjan Baruah introduced the life and achievements of Jadu Barpujari. In addition to teaching, he was instrumental in bringing many honors to the sports college in various tournaments.
