After Clashes In Karnataka's Kerur, Large Gatherings Banned Till Friday

Karnataka’s Kerur saw four victims injured by violence resulting from arguments between groups of people belonging to different communities. One community’s shops and pull-carts were vandalized. The situation was under control and large crowds were stopped until Friday. Tomorrow will see schools, colleges and universities close.

The argument between these two groups began in Kerur in Bagalkote. Both parties claimed that one was harassing women.

Three of the injured were residents from one area and one was from another. The hospital admitting them all said that they are in stable condition.
