Paramilitary Jawan Useless, Many Injured In Firing At Kolkata Museum

A paramilitary jawan was shot lifeless and several other others have been injured after their colleague, a CISF constable fired indiscriminately inside their barrack hooked up on the Indian Museum in Kolkata this night.

The constable who used his service weapon to shoot at his colleagues has been disarmed and arrested by the police.

“The incident occurred at round 6.30 PM. One CISF jawan was killed whereas one other is badly injured. We’ve got arrested the accused,” Police Commissioner Vineet Goyal stated.

He fired at a police automotive, injuring a number of police personnel, together with the motive force of the car, in response to sources.
