DIBRUGARH: A brief-term Orientation Programme was organized for the scholars of the Submit-Graduate Diploma course on Tea Manufacturing and Sensible Administration by Bal Sakha, Assam in collaboration with Division of Tea Husbandry and Know-how, Assam Agricultural College, Jorhat not too long ago.
