The government has accepted an application to withdraw Shah Faesal’s resignation from IAS officers and has resumed his duties, and his next post will be announced shortly, Interior Ministry officials said Thursday.
Mr. Fesal, who submitted his resignation in January 2019 and highlighted the Jammu and Kashmir People’s Movement (JKPM) party, was detained under strict public security law shortly after the special status of Jammu and Kashmir was abolished. it was done.
However, after his release, Faisal began to give up politics and give hints of his willingness to return to government service. His resignation was not accepted.
A doctor-turned bureaucrat formed a party in Jammu and Kashmir to “revive democratic politics,” but his political career suddenly ended.
In a previous interview with PTI, Faesal said: I felt that aspiring civil servants and many of my colleagues were betrayed. It upset me a lot. Interior ministry officials said Faisal’s petition for withdrawal of his resignation was accepted and his next post will be announced shortly.
