SIVASAGAR: Garhgaon College hosted an online international workshop on “Intellectual Property Rights to Promote and Protect Innovation” from May 16th to 21st.
The workshop was co-sponsored by IQAC at the University of Gargaon, in collaboration with DPIIT-IPR Chairman of the University of Tezpur and IPEG of the City Law School of the University of London. Workshops and forums have led to the exchange of innovative ideas among students, researchers, faculty and innovators. It raised awareness of intellectual property rights issues in everyday life and helped participants understand all aspects of intellectual property rights from patents, copyrights, trademarks and more.
On May 19, an innovative idea contest with prizes was held at the undergraduate level under the topic “Innovative Ecosystem” to inspire and celebrate youth-led ideas and young people for a sustainable future.
