Health camp organized at Beheating Tea estate in Dibrugarh
DIBRUGARH: A free health check-up camp was set by Assam Jatiya Parishad (AJP), Dibrugarh branch at Beheating Tea estate in Dibrugarh on Sunday. Altogether, 107 people of the tea estate were screened at the health camp. Among them nine people were referred to Assam Medical College and Hospital for better treatment.
“We have organised the health camp for the health check-up of the garden workers. Mostly in the tea garden areas of Assam, Anemia has been a common disease,” said a member of AJP. AJP president Lurinjyoti Gogoi and other members of the party were present during the health camp.
