Haryana Mother's Worry After Daughter Scores 100% In Class 10

While any parent would be thrilled to see their child score 100 percent in the CBSE Class 10 board exams, Anjali Yadav from Haryana was more worried about her daughter’s future education.

After the family was struggling financially, Yadav called Chief Minister ManoharLal Khattar on Sunday to congratulate them. The girl then shared her financial problems with him and was offered Rs 20,000 per monthly scholarship.

Anjali wants to become a physician. The country’s most prestigious medical institution AIIMS in Delhi is where she wants to pursue her studies. Her mother, however, is her only income earner.

One small parcel of land belongs to the family. Urmilla, Anjali’s mother, says that it’s not enough for the family’s requirements.

His father had served with the paramilitary forces. However, in 2010, he sustained a severe accident. His medical conditions forced him to be discharged in 2017
