Filmmaker Satish Kumar blames Go Air for the fleeing flyer.Their reply

Actor and filmmaker Satish Kumar accused GoFirst Airlines on Wednesday for using “suspicious methods” to fleece passengers. In response to an Instagram post, the airline expressed regret and the filmmakers said they would contact them soon.

In an Instagram post, Kausik said his office booked two seats in the “first row, middle seat” on the flight “G8 2315” and paid Rs 25,000. The flight was from Mumbai to Dehradun on June 23rd. He claimed that the flight sold the middle seat to another passenger, even though his office paid for it.

Satish Kumar said a person called Mr. Zubin of Go First tried to tell the passengers to adjust him on the next flight, but the passengers were resolute.

The flight was put on hold because the in-flight staff could not find a passenger seat. So Kausik decided to provide a seat for the passengers. “The air hostess, who was indignant at Zubin and the mistakes of his organization, thanked me,” he added.

The filmmaker claimed that the aviation hostess asked him to send an email to the airline’s office “about this unfortunate glitch from their side” to ask for an apology.
