LAKHIMPUR: Dr Trinayan Mili, an assistant professor at Lakhimpur Medical College and Hospital (LMCH), has been suspended. In this regard, Dr. Siddhars Singh, Commissioner and Secretary of the Assam Medical Education and Research Bureau, has issued an order number HLB. 245/2022 dated June 4th.

In particular, Dr. Trinayanmiri was involved in the treatment of Gapur’s Kanmai Patgiri, who died of LMCH with her baby on June 2 during cesarean section surgery in an unfortunate situation. The order states: Lakhimpur Medical College & Hospital. Therefore, due to the withdrawal of disciplinary action pending, Dr. Trinayan Mili, an assistant professor in the O & G department of Lakhimpur Medical College & Hospital, will be suspended from June 4th in accordance with Rule 6 (2). Assam Service (Discipline and Appeal) Rule, 1964 ”

During the suspension period, Dr. Milli will, in principle, be paid a survival allowance and will carry out personal practice or other employment, business, profession or profession until further order, as provided in FR53 (2). Is forbidden. In addition, during this period, Dr. Milli’s headquarters will be Rakinpur, and it is restricted from leaving headquarters without the written permission of LMCH’s Chief and Chief Supervisor.
