BJP rejigs parliamentary board: Assam MP Sarbananda Sonowal inducted in party’s top body
NEW DELHI: The Bharatiya Janata Party has changed its parliamentary board.
While, the saffron party has shown the door to a number of its top leaders, including union minister Nitin Gadkari and Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chauhan, it has inducted six new faces into the party’s top body.
BJP has inducted six new members into its parliamentary board, including Sarbananda Sonowal (Union minister) and Assam MP.
Moreover, the BJP also restructured its central electoral committee (CEC).

All parliamentary board members (Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Rajnath Singh, Union ministers, and JP Nadda the BJP President) automatically join the CEC.
