Biswanert District Health Department has organized an awareness program on tobacco control
Jamagrihat: On Wednesday, Bhaskar Jyoti Adarsha Vidyapeeth’s Biswanath District Health Department hosted a training and awareness program on tobacco control.
School principal Anjurani Bora explained the purpose, and SDMO and anti-tobacco node officer Dr. Nripen Saikia placed the database presentation on the projector. He explained the negative effects of tobacco product consumption on our health. Before the enlightenment session, an essay contest and a drawing contest were held among elementary school students. At the end of the program, Head Mistress made a pledge to everyone. The program was attended by Priyanka Kakaty, Dr Dilip Kumar Bhuyan and others.
