TINSUKIA: In sync with Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, the Assam Energy Distribution Firm Ltd (APDCL), underneath the steerage of Ministry of Energy, Assam, organized the Bijlee Mahotsav ‘Ujjwal Bharat Ujjwal Bhavishya-Energy at 2047’ at Tipongpani, Margherita on Wednesday.

The programme showcased testimonials from the beneficiaries of central electrification schemes within the space. It was adopted by brief movies on Common Family Electrification (REC), Village Electrification (REC), Renewable Vitality (SECI), Shopper Rights and many others, road performs and cultural performances by the native artists.
