Assam: Cachar Dist Administration Makes wearing of Face Mask Mandatory. Issues Guidelines
As per the notification it states, “All the Officers / Officials within Cachar district are to wear a mandatory face mask in their respective offices/areas (Both Government & Private) during performing regular public services and Covid appropriate behaviour need to be maintained.
It also adds, “All the Doctors, Paramedical Staffs and other Staffs of Health Institutions / Hospitals (Both Government & Private) are to use compulsory face mask during service delivery (i.e. OPD/Emergency, IPD, Labor room, Laboratory and Waiting areas. Registration Counter.
All persons are required to use face masks when they attend any kind of gathering. Covid responsible behaviours must be observed by those in charge of gatherings. In their area, all shop owners and business establishments must ensure that Covid acceptable behaviours (Hand HYGIENE FACE MASK SOCIAL DISTANCING NO SMOKING IN PUBLIC PLACES NO SPITTING in PUBLIC PLACES), are observed. At the shop/installation’s entrance, the owner must use “NO MASK NO ENTRY” as a slogan.
Further, the order states that all Fuel Stations must display and use “NO MASK, No FUEL” slogan. All the Banks, Malls, and Offices (Both Government & Private) are to use the “NO MASK, NO ENTRY” slogan at the entrance. BDOs and ULBs must arrange Miking in Market Places and other crowded areas to maintain Covid proper behaviours (Hand HYGIENE; FACE MASK; SOCIAL DIISTANCING; NO SMOKING IN PUBLIC PLACES; NO SPITTING In Public PLACES).
