Guwahati: A senior officer of Assam Civil Service (ACS) has recently been suspended for cheating with foreign representatives from Singapore and ASEAN countries at the Conclave in Guwahati.

The notice also added that the “irresponsible behavior” of ACS officers is adversely affecting diplomatic relations between India and ASEAN countries.
