APCC President Boupenbora visits ULFA (I) Chief Palais Balua’s residence

Dibrugarh: On Thursday, President Boupenbora of the Assam Pradesh State Parliamentary Commission (APCC) visited the mansion of ULFA (I) Supreme Commander Palais Balua in Jerigaon, Dibrugarh.
