5 Indian Army Madras Regiment Organizes Yoga Camp

Dibrugarh: As part of the celebration of International Day of Yoga, the Indian Army’s Five Madras Regiment held a yoga camp on the banks of the Brahmaputra River on Monday morning. Sohan Lal Yadav, a professor at Dibru-College Hindi, attended a yoga camp as a yoga expert and taught Army staff various forms of yoga. He also talked about the importance of yoga in everyday life. 5 Madras Regiment Commander Ranjit Yadav thanked everyone who attended the yoga camp and called on everyone to start yoga for a healthy life.
